Terms and conditions for 6 Month Commitment Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre/Saturday/Strides 360 Membership

  • POLICIES

    Cancellations:

    You may cancel your membership at any time after the 6 month comittment is up by giving a 10 day written notice. You must notify me in writing (e-mail) rebekahbynum@fit4mom.com. Your card on file will be charged automatically after your 6 month commitment is up, at the locked in rate, unless you notify me in writing 10 days prior to your scheduled charge date. If your membership is cancelled and you wish to re-enroll, you will be charged half of the registration fee. Please contact Rebekah Bynum directly at rebekahbynum@fit4mom.com

    Monthly Membership Fees:

    Your membership can be managed from your Front Desk account: https://fit4mom-stoneoak.frontdeskhq.com/ If your credit card information changes, you must update your Front Desk account with the new information prior to your next charge date. We accept credit/debit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Monthly payments will be deducted on the 1st day of your billing cycle each month. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $10 fee. Please contact Rebekah Bynum directly at rebekahbynum@fit4mom.com if you have any questions about your account.

    Credit/Refunds:

    There are no refunds on packages or memberships.

    Holds:

    You may put your membership on hold for reasons such as pregnancy leave, injuries, etc. A 30 day written notice is required to put your membership on hold. For example, if you would like to put your membership on hold starting in June, notice is due by May 1st. You may put your membership on hold for a maximum of 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per year. All membership holds are for a period no less than 30 days. Your monthly dues will automatically start back up at the end of your hold period. Holds will start and end during your regular billing cycle. If you fail to give a 30 day written notice you may still place your membership on hold, but it is subject to a $25 fee.

  • Auto pay will continue until you cancel your membership.
